This online panel will be used to help establish a representative sample of Washington City residents who would like to assist the City in completing surveys over the next year. This initial registration takes approximately 3 minutes to complete.
Your honest feedback and suggestions are greatly appreciated and will assist the City in making important decisions to help improve the quality of life in Washington. Please invite other residents of Washington City to go to our website and sign up for our panel as well. All questions must be answered to be included in our survey panel.
Personal information (email addresses, phone numbers, etc.) collected by this and other City surveys will be used exclusively for the purposes of gathering information to help Washington City improve its services. This information will not be provided nor sold to any third party group(s) or entities.
